Bookings

Bookings can be made with up to 2 hours notice if places are available. Walk-ins are accepted if stylists are free, we advise you to look online prior to walking in to avoid disappointment.

All bookings require Full name, Contact number & email address. An email confirmation will be sent once booking is confirmed. Text reminder is sent 7 days and 3 days prior to the appointment.

Please contact us within a few hours of text message sent to reschedule if you can no loner make the appointment, see below for cancellation/no show fees.

Personal Information

Ebony Rose Hair Design requires credit card details at time of booking to confirm booking, you will only be charged to your card when failure to show up to your appointment or cancel last minute.

Ebony Rose Hair Design requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event should Ebony Rose Hair Design have any liability for incidental or consequential damages however characterised for example eczema, sensitive skin or scalp.

Photographs

Ebony Rose Hair Design reserves the right to take photographic or film records for promotional and or commercial purposes – only with your consent of course. In the event your photo is posted to any of our social media platforms and you want the photograph taken down, email us at ebonyrosehairdesign@gmail.com.

No Show & Late Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged a fee of $50.

  • All cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

  • All clients that do not show to their appointment without any notice will also be subject to a fee of 100% of the appointment cost.

All bookings (other than colour services) are strictly to be made online, if you’re unsure as to what to book in for you can contact us for assistance, response rate is 2-3 business days.

Complaints, Returns & Refund Policy.

To keep the salon feeling calm and organised, we follow the following in house guidelines.

  • All products, services and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • With that being said, at Ebony-Rose Hair Design we want our clients to be happy. If you have not grown to love your hair within two days, please contact us and we would be happy to schedule an appointment wherein miscommunications can be rectified.
